Konnichiwa and Annyeong Haseyo minna-san

Hope that's correct above but what I'm saying is welcome everyone. May 10, 2019 is the first day of this blog and many may know me from 'Nao Kanzaki and Friends'... aitoda.com. There I have such a mix of things and finally decided to branch out with just a blog devoted to Japanese and Korean dramas. Will also be having some film reviews but one thing you won't see are any J-Pop idols or gravure models except for their dramas, this blog is dedicated 100% to dramas and films.

Also actresses as will be having many, many posts for them. Such as them appearing at events, mag spreads, interview pics and whatever else. So you should be seeing a lot of my bigger long time faves such as Erika Toda, Park Min-Young, Lee Yeon-Hee, Tsubasa Honda and too many others to count. The first few weeks there many not be too many posts for new dramas as I'll be copying many recaps from the old blog along with some film reviews and actress posts.

Won't be going too far back, perhaps to 2015 with a few exceptions and will have an entire series in a row to make it easy to follow. Did find it a problem completing series at the Nao Kanzaki blog, won't be doing that here as all the series will have a post for every episode. Thanks for visiting, it'll will be a work in progress for a while here but hopefully not for too long. Comments are also appreciated, like to know your opinions on dramas and for any recommendations you may have.

News and upcoming projects

Should have done this on my Aitoda blog which is to let viewers know what's going on. Seems like a good way to let everyone know if I'll be taking a break, what to look forward to and any other tidbits.

Updating update, May 19th:

Whew, have finally finished transferring over enough posts from the Aitoda blog. May be a few here and there in the future for some new that's being introduced but there shouldn't be too many. Have also included announcers for women that I'll be posting about as my top two current faves just happen to be in that profession.

The first five episodes of '3-Nen A Gumi' have now been posted. For series over five shows will be doing two batches of them as I figure ten posts are way too many to read through during one sitting so will have the second half of the drama coming up in 2-3 weeks, highly recommend the show.

June 4th.... Have written up the recaps for episodes 7 and 8 of the '3-Nen A Gumi' show and will have those long with episode eight by June 6th. Up next for Korean dramas is up in the air but leaning towards a pair of shorter series which will be either "Splish Splash Love" or "The Universe's Star".

Tsubasa Honda: A lot of this and that for recent happenings....

Second post for Tsubasa today and she now has a total of 148 of them. She's one of my few huge faves that I can depend on to consistently post about, she's about to hit the fourth spot on the actress list with the most posts. Haven't done one of those 'Thank you for x million views' posts since the six million mark was hit. Lost track of the dates because as many know my laptop went down and for three months did about a third of the posts I usually do.
But will be doing one for the ten million milestone and the past few months seems this tiny blog is more popular than ever. Bring that up as one feature for that post will be who are the most popular gals I post about by their average amount of views per post? Tsubasa does have quite a fan base who visit here and it's really increased the the last two years. Wouldn't shock me in the least if she's become the most popular Japanese actress I post about and will be curious to see the averages.

Would love to see more pics of that pair together, both are in my current top five for Japanese women. Not sure if this will be a huge post, been trying to stay away from them but there are a lot of different activities. Tsubasa will be turning 27 on June 27th, that combo only happens once in your life. Very few actresses have been as active as she has been since 2012 but she's also a very high in demand model and maybe even more so these days. Have some recent pics of that genre and she'll model for anything including these terrific new pics for ViewM contact lenses.

Wouldn't surprise me if 80% of my faves wear contacts and very rarely do you see them wear glasses in public. Tsubasa was a long time model for the Non-no magazine but she 'graduated' from them last May. But she's signed with a few other places since then such as for the More magazine. She never has enough pages in their mags but always a lot of new and fabulous pics at their site.

These are from 2018 but don't recall posting these perfect pics from the Numero Tokyo site.

These are brand spankin' new though which are from Vogue, don't think she's a model with them but the pics were taken during Tsubasa's recent trip to NYC. They're also pics you can view live in the video at the bottom.

Lot of my faves don't have many recent mag spreads so often been having some encore sets from the past. Sure many have missed them as they were posted years ago, this spread with Tsubasa on the cover is from the January 8, 2015 edition of Big Comic Spirits.

Tsubasa has a new drama starting on Monday, her ones from the past few years have really been hit or miss. But the first series I saw her in was her best, that's "Piece" from 2012 and have watched it three times and highly recommend it.

The title for the new drama is 'Radiation House' and as mentioned it's beginning on Monday. The show will be airing at 9:00 pm on Fuji-TV, in the series she'll be playing An Amakasu who is a radiologist and think it's first time playing a doctor. On April 5th there was an event for the drama which is based upon a manga, is there a show these days which isn't? Have some pics here from the press conference, following them is a new CM for Michael Kors/Vogue which after a day already has 125,000+ views. Tsubasa looks just so incredible in it and there's a second one which will be in her
next post.
