Konnichiwa and Annyeong Haseyo minna-san

Konnichiwa and Annyeong Haseyo minna-san

Hope that's correct above but what I'm saying is welcome everyone. May 10, 2019 is the first day of this blog and many may know me from 'Nao Kanzaki and Friends'... aitoda.com. There I have such a mix of things and finally decided to branch out with just a blog devoted to Japanese and Korean dramas. Will also be having some film reviews but one thing you won't see are any J-Pop idols or gravure models except for their dramas, this blog is dedicated 100% to dramas and films.

Also actresses as will be having many, many posts for them. Such as them appearing at events, mag spreads, interview pics and whatever else. So you should be seeing a lot of my bigger long time faves such as Erika Toda, Park Min-Young, Lee Yeon-Hee, Tsubasa Honda and too many others to count.

News and upcoming projects

Should have done this on my Aitoda blog which is to let viewers know what's going on. Seems like a good way to let everyone know if I'll be taking a break, what to look forward to and any other tidbits.

Updating update, May 19th:

Whew, have finally finished transferring over enough posts from the Aitoda blog. May be a few here and there in the future for some new that's being introduced but there shouldn't be too many. Have also included announcers for women that I'll be posting about as my top two current faves just happen to be in that profession.

The first five episodes of '3-Nen A Gumi' have now been posted. For series over five shows will be doing two batches of them as I figure ten posts are way too many to read through during one sitting so will have the second half of the drama coming up in 2-3 weeks, highly recommend the show.

June 4th.... Have written up the recaps for episodes 7 and 8 of the '3-Nen A Gumi' show and will have those long with episode eight by June 6th. Up next for Korean dramas is up in the air but leaning towards a pair of shorter series which will be either "Splish Splash Love" or "The Universe's Star".

Riho Yoshioka: Another long time huge fave remembered.... part one

Huge fave above is right on the money yet this is her first post since at least last Autumn. Not entirely my fault as Riho did take a lengthy break but think she was working quite a bit during that time filming. She has three movies coming out this year and one will be released this Friday, it's a film she has the lead role in.
Riho kind of burst on the scene back in early 2015 and was mainly a gravure model at first but a darn good one. So good I'd consider her to be no less than my second fave gravure model of all time and what's so special about her is her believable, down to earth look. Riho was the only model to make my all time top twenty list but she's ceased doing those provocative spreads she once did. Bit of a shame as she's so darn attractive to me but least there was a good reason for it. Riho is one of the few that was able to slide right in from modeling to being an actress but not a minor one. She's had the lead role in two dramas, has the starring role in her next film and has won many awards.

Titled this 'part one' as there will be another Riho post this weekend for the film's premiere along with a few other items being held back. Even though I'm holding a few things back it's still going to be a huge post and perhaps there will be a part three. That's because she's attended at least six events this past month and she's really making up for lost time. Riho still models bit no more skimpy style pics but she still looks oh so good these days dressed in a more stylish or elegant look. Not many pics but these are new this week from the More magazine site.

Will have more modeling pics in her next post. Another brand Riho sponsors is Angel Heart watches, few pics from their site that came out earlier this year.

Speaking of Angel Heart Riho was at an event for them on May 16th to promote a new Summer watch you can wear with your yukata, thought it went fine with my new one....

Title of this Friday's film is "Parallel World Love Story" and as you can guess by the title it's a love story. But not of the sappy variety as this does look to be an interesting movie and one that has some supernatural elements to it. There's been a pair of screenings for it and one took place on May 23rd at the Spiral Hall in Tokyo.

As mentioned Riho no longer does gravure spreads but still looks oki doki to me, she turned 26 back on January 15th. For this post's only spread she has the cover of this huge set from the June 12th issue of Weekly Shonen. Figure for Riho's next post will have a video for the new movie's premiere so after the pics you can view the trailer and it does look fairly good.
