Seriously hope this is the first of too many posts to count. There's been a few huge of my faves over the years who have taken me so long to get to and don't understand why. Minami is truly a mega fave of mine and can honestly say she has a spot in my top ten or perhaps even top five. Must have a thing about Japanese announcers as Minami is one and think she may be the fourth one I've begun posting about. She had worked at TBS for many years but these days she's more of a 'free announcer' which means they're announcers who work for many stations and at events.
Minami is also a model for many sites, she's also appeared in a few mags and the bottom set has to be one of the top spreads since the advent of magazines. She's definitely a world woman as she was born in NYC, then also moved with her family to San Francisco and London though her family is from Japan and she's lived there for over twenty years now.
How many announcers look like that?! Like so many of the newbies that were introduced last year Minami is a college gal, she went to Aoyama University and graduated in 2009. That means she's also one of the older women who has been introduced as on November 23rd she turned 32 but easily blows the pants off Idols ten years her junior.
Will have a wide variety of things in these intro posts and still can't understand why it took so long to have this first one. As mentioned she was an announcer for TBS which seems like an honor to me but she left that gig near the end of 2014 after five years to become a 'free announcer'. Think it's worked out as she's expanded her activities since then as she's also a model and appears at many events.
That bottom pic isn't from TBS but am looking for pics of the duo together as the one on the right is so close to being my all time #1, few should remember her as she's had a few recent posts. As mentioned Minami is also a model and is associated with many clothing companies and fashion web sites. These are from the Bijin Hyakka site and most of them are from the past few months.
Another site which has many new pics is Maquia though don't think she often has huge spreads in their mags, those bottom two pics are fairly new and they're out of this world....
A special show that Minami is the co-host of will be airing on Kansai TV and is titled "Gutan Nuovo 2", it airs tomorrow night. Will try to find a copy of it and there's not a person here who doesn't know who one of the other co-hosts will be!!!!
Minami does appear at many events and should be no shortage of them for future posts. There was one she was at yesterday but will wait on that for a few days. Way back on April 4th she was at an event for 'Sapporo Rirakusu' which is some sort of health drink and the product was brand new.
Four days before that Minami really shined as she made an appearance at the March 31st 'Tokyo Girls Collection' show which was held in Yokohama. As a bride she may be unsurpassed and she was there as a guest for the 'My Navi Wedding Dresses' and was on their special stage. Minami's also been at other TGC shows which is another thing to look forward too, these pics rate an A++++!
Have a short video of the above event at the bottom though she's just in the first 35 seconds. To end off have perhaps one of the greatest if not top spread of all time, when I first saw this set it had to take the EMT's over two hours to revive me. This one in a lifetime spread is from the September 20, 2017 edition of Anan and know that Minami is now a huge fave of so many out there, WOWOWOW!!!!
