Ayaka Miyoshi: Few recent tidbits....

 Ayaka has her first lead role in a film that's coming out on August 16th so hopefully that means this is the beginning of quite a few posts for her. Ayaka has made my end of the year faves lists but didn't make my all time top twenty list, had she been as busy as other actresses she easily would have made the top ten. If there was any list that just concentrated on their beauty and sultriness a top five spot would be assured, speaking of that where is her second photobook?

 That first and only PB came out in October 2016, it was a good seller and has been one of the most popular posts of all time at Aitoda. Could consider this a bit of an early birthday post too as on June 18th Ayaka will be turning 23, seems like she should be older than that and does look like she's at least 25 or so. Not a massive amount of pics for today but been trying not to hold on to pics for too long and have finally been doing a good job with that promise. Have a few pics from many different activities and will start off with these from Shiseido.

 That bottom pic isn't from the company but a promo one from TGC as she'll be at their Summer show that will be held on July 27th, Ayaka at those fashion shows always looks ultra dazzling. "Dance With Me" is the title of her first starring role in a movie. She's already started doing some interviews for it and these came out this week from 'TheTV.jp' site.

 Ayaka is still an exclusive model for ar but never has many pics in their mags, she always does for 25ans but their Summer edition hasn't been released yet but the wait will be worth it. There's never enough Instagram pics either but the ones she does post are out of this world, whew!

 Actually do have some 25ans pics but unsure if they were posted. May as well have them again for even if they were in a previous post Ayaka deserves an encore view, these are from their April issue.

 Will end off with these pics from an event that was held on May 29th for the "Dance With Me" film. It wasn't a screening but more of a question and answer event and the two others are her co-stars. It's finally a lighthearted role for Ayaka as the things I've seen her in have been intense dramas, will be nice to see her in a comedy. No other recent videos so after the pics is one from the event.

Seohyun: Her first ever long awaited(?) post....

 Have a couple more new Korean Idols turned actresses intros coming up and then will take a breather to do many more posts for the newbies. Everyone that has been new is someone I know of but not all that well so it's been a good learning experience for me plus I'm finding out about so many other dramas and films. So many kind of wondering if I shouldn't leave my employment, find a cabin deep in the woods and devote my remaining 40+ years to watching K-Dramas!!!!
 Be nice to an extent but unless someone like Seohyun was there it wouldn't be worth it. She's another Idol turned actress and wonder if it's really correct to call a Korean pop singer an Idol? They're so much more talented than their Japanese counterparts and perhaps the word Idol is used due to there being no better word. Seohyun is another member of Girls Generation aka SNSD who now has a post and there may be at least one more. Won't post the group's songs here but perhaps I could do a few posts over at Aitoda for them as there is a shortage of K-Pop there.

 Maybe Korean actresses and singers are so much more talented and interesting because so many attend university? Seohyun did and graduated from Dongkuk with a degree in theater back in 2014, she's one one of the older intro gals as she came into this world on June 28, 1991. Good timing then as her next b-day is less than a month away, should be a few more posts for her between now and then. Because I have more time to devote to these kinds of posts have been making them a tad smaller than they used to be but still are all quite huge, fifty pics now instead of eighty. How about starting off with some newish pics from Peacock which is one of many brands she promotes.

 Korean actresses do appear in many mags and probably more than I think they do. But not nearly as many as the lower peers from Japan so usually only have one spread per post. One for Seohyun today is quite a superb set and you have to realize actresses from Korea very, very rarely do gravure spreads which is one reason I kind of prefer posting about them. This set which she has the cover for is from the November/December edition of The Star.

 As mentioned I do learn so much about dramas checking out new actresses who are quickly becoming faves of mine. So now the question is what should my first Seohyun drama be? Do pay attention to recommendations if there's a must watch show out there, "Bad Thief, Good Thief" looks to be a very promising series and Seohyun won a 'Best New Actress' award for her role in the drama. "The Time" also looks yo be an interesting show and it's good to see she doesn't star in a lot of sappy romance shows.
 Have been saying for years that I'd rather view pics of Korean actresses at events or award shows than Japanese Idols in gravure spreads and I really mean that. They're just so classy and elegant, there's so many of these events it's hard to keep up with them and lucky for us Seohyun appears at many of them. So like all of the other newbies will be having a pair of events in these posts and when you view the pics you'll be begging for more. Here's a dandy batch of Seohyun pics to enjoy which are from the 'MBC Drama Awards' ceremony that was held on December 30th.

 If you've recovered from those above pics have a two for one special today as there's a second batch of pics from the award show and these are some of the best ones I've posted in many a moon. Those above were mainly from the red carpet ceremony but Seohyun was also the co-emcee for the show, dressed like that why would she need a partner!? She also won an award for "The Time" series, she won three for her role in the show so perhaps that should be my first Seohyun drama to view? If your heart can take it or the water in your shower isn't quite at the ultimate freezing point have a video of the red carpet event. There really aren't many good ones from the ceremony on YT but will look harder for her next post.
