Hope that's correct above but what I'm saying is welcome everyone. May 10, 2019 is the first day of this blog and many may know me from 'Nao Kanzaki and Friends'... aitoda.com. There I have such a mix of things and finally decided to branch out with just a blog devoted to Japanese and Korean dramas. Will also be having some film reviews but one thing you won't see are any J-Pop idols or gravure models except for their dramas, this blog is dedicated 100% to dramas and films.
Also actresses as will be having many, many posts for them. Such as them appearing at events, mag spreads, interview pics and whatever else. So you should be seeing a lot of my bigger long time faves such as Erika Toda, Park Min-Young, Lee Yeon-Hee, Tsubasa Honda and too many others to count. The first few weeks there many not be too many posts for new dramas as I'll be copying many recaps from the old blog along with some film reviews and actress posts.
Won't be going too far back, perhaps to 2015 with a few exceptions and will have an entire series in a row to make it easy to follow. Did find it a problem completing series at the Nao Kanzaki blog, won't be doing that here as all the series will have a post for every episode. Thanks for visiting, it'll will be a work in progress for a while here but hopefully not for too long. Comments are also appreciated, like to know your opinions on dramas and for any recommendations you may have.

Should have done this on my Aitoda blog which is to let viewers know what's going on. Seems like a good way to let everyone know if I'll be taking a break, what to look forward to and any other tidbits.
Updating update, May 19th:
Whew, have finally finished transferring over enough posts from the Aitoda blog. May be a few here and there in the future for some new that's being introduced but there shouldn't be too many. Have also included announcers for women that I'll be posting about as my top two current faves just happen to be in that profession.
The first five episodes of '3-Nen A Gumi' have now been posted. For series over five shows will be doing two batches of them as I figure ten posts are way too many to read through during one sitting so will have the second half of the drama coming up in 2-3 weeks, highly recommend the show.
June 4th.... Have written up the recaps for episodes 7 and 8 of the '3-Nen A Gumi' show and will have those long with episode eight by June 6th. Up next for Korean dramas is up in the air but leaning towards a pair of shorter series which will be either "Splish Splash Love" or "The Universe's Star".

Minami Hamabe: A little bit of this and that....
Was gong to do this post tomorrow but couldn't think of one good reason not to have this today! Of course a holiday weekend is coming up and for the first time in almost two months will be taking a mini break from here. After this post is done am going to work on about ten of them as to leave you with many stocking stuffers for your holiday, bet some of those posts will be better than many of your presents! So will have four posts on Thursday morning and then none until Saturday night, possibly Sunday morning but I hope not. What a busy stretch it's been for my faves as of late, the year started off kind of sluggish but the final six weeks will be the busiest period of the year.
Whew, the yearly faves list is finally complete but will have one more recap post for the list tomorrow. For the first time Minami was eligible and she finished in the 12th position which wasn't bad considering there were zero posts from June until November. Much of that was because Minami wasn't all that busy and really didn't miss all that many activities. She was one of three newbies on this year's list and I'd be shocked if she wasn't on every future one.
As mentioned a few times before Minami will always be the youngest woman I post about, she was born in the 20th century and there's no way I want to post about anyone born in the 21st! "Dr. White" is the title of Minami's next drama that begins on January 17th. It's her first medical drama but it also looks to be a bit on the eerie side, hope so as her last few dramas haven't been quite as good as her ones from 2018-20. Will have more info about it in her next post and it's one that should be subbed, if so will do a few posts for it.
Keep stalling on viewing the "Kakegurui" films but do promise to get to them after the new year and review both of them. For the sixth time Minami will be having a calendar, she's had one every year since 2015 but none in 2020. Here's some promo pics for it but it hasn't been officially released yet, think that will happen in February as the calendar starts off with the month of April.
Minami's last post was nineteen days ago for her position on this year's faves list which means there aren't a huge slew of things but there's probably close to fifty new pics. No new modeling pics which has been a rarity this year but do have some from the Hot Pepper Beauty site.
One new mag spread which is from the December issue of Sweet.
Minami is a model for the Voce magazine but no new pics from their site but have some that are even better. The magazine's yearly 'Cosmetic Awards Show' took place on December 16th, she won a special award called 'The Most Beautiful Person for 2021' which was based on votes from the site's 65 judges. Will admit that Minami's a very attractive woman but number one for the year? Oh well, some superb pics from the event and also have a video here for it: Voce event
Minami was also promoting her first photobook "20" that came out two months ago. Though it was released so late in the year it was the ninth best selling book of 2021. When it comes to books I always wait until three months have passed before posting the entire book, often it's much longer than that as not to affect sales. Have the book so what I'm slowly going to do is include 15-20 pics from it in these posts, maybe four months from now will have the entire photobook. So that's what this final batch of pics are and the more I view the book the more I think it's one of the best of the year. Thought that Minami would be doing some gravure pics and was really hoping she wouldn't as I really like her conservative style and luckily that's how the book was. Following the pics is a September video for the Biteki magazine and that spread was in her last post.
