This may only be Hinako's thirteenth post ever but six have come within the last two months, hope I was mistaken saying one viewer at the top! Should be a few more posts coming up too as her new film will be coming out in a little over two weeks. Not going to publish it until tomorrow but have completed the final two preliminary posts for this year's top twenty.
What a challenge it is in a way as the list will only comprise twenty faves yet may have 28 or so who will be eligible. Hinako will easily be one of the gals on the list and will have a higher ranking than you would believe. First post for the series she was in the 16th position but for the final list she's moved all the way up to tenth! That shocked me as at the beginning of the year Hinako was definitely not one of my bigger faves but that's certainly changed and I can't get enough of her..... the title for the post could be referring to me too!
Won't give away any more spoilers for who is on the list but look for those two posts tomorrow. The final countdown will begin around November 20th and think she may have a shot to move up another position or two. There's some good news which is that Hinako's drama "Janus's Mirror" may be subbed. The first episode has but it appears it may be a long process but I'm willing to wait as long as it gets done. The series began on August 16th and aired until October 4th on FOD. Really looks to be a dark and intense drama, will wait for a few more shows to get subbed before starting on it.
"He Won't Kill, She Won't Die" is the title of Hinako's next film which is coming out on November 15th. She has the starring role in it and the film also looks like it's going to be something intense, glad to see she doesn't do fluffy roles like so many of her peers do. First two pics are posters for the movie, then there's one pic promoting the film from the December issue of Mina. Bottom two pics are also for the film and are from the December edition of ViVi.
Have been including some old spreads in these posts but no need to do that for this one. Here's another small spread which is from the November 8th issue of Friday, it was promoting Hinako's 2020 calendar which came out on October 20th and her previous post had many pics from an event that was held for it.
On to the meat of today's posts which are many pics from a pair of events that have taken place the past two days. Both sets of pics are from the 32nd 'Tokyo International Film Festival' and Hinako really shined so brightly in my eyes. This batch here are pics from the opening ceremony that was held yesterday at the Roppongi Hills Arena, naturally in Tokyo.
The movie "He Won't Kill Me, She Won't Die" had a special screening today at the festival. Think it was the first time it's been screened and the event took place at the TOHO Cinemas in Roppongi Hills. While the above ceremony had most of the film's cast for the screening Hinako was just joined by her co-star and the director. Have some superb pics from the event which is followed by a video which is a bit long but I enjoyed it.
