Hope that's correct above but what I'm saying is welcome everyone. May 10, 2019 is the first day of this blog and many may know me from 'Nao Kanzaki and Friends'... aitoda.com. There I have such a mix of things and finally decided to branch out with just a blog devoted to Japanese and Korean dramas. Will also be having some film reviews but one thing you won't see are any J-Pop idols or gravure models except for their dramas, this blog is dedicated 100% to dramas and films.
Also actresses as will be having many, many posts for them. Such as them appearing at events, mag spreads, interview pics and whatever else. So you should be seeing a lot of my bigger long time faves such as Erika Toda, Park Min-Young, Lee Yeon-Hee, Tsubasa Honda and too many others to count. The first few weeks there many not be too many posts for new dramas as I'll be copying many recaps from the old blog along with some film reviews and actress posts.
Won't be going too far back, perhaps to 2015 with a few exceptions and will have an entire series in a row to make it easy to follow. Did find it a problem completing series at the Nao Kanzaki blog, won't be doing that here as all the series will have a post for every episode. Thanks for visiting, it'll will be a work in progress for a while here but hopefully not for too long. Comments are also appreciated, like to know your opinions on dramas and for any recommendations you may have.

Should have done this on my Aitoda blog which is to let viewers know what's going on. Seems like a good way to let everyone know if I'll be taking a break, what to look forward to and any other tidbits.
Updating update, May 19th:
Whew, have finally finished transferring over enough posts from the Aitoda blog. May be a few here and there in the future for some new that's being introduced but there shouldn't be too many. Have also included announcers for women that I'll be posting about as my top two current faves just happen to be in that profession.
The first five episodes of '3-Nen A Gumi' have now been posted. For series over five shows will be doing two batches of them as I figure ten posts are way too many to read through during one sitting so will have the second half of the drama coming up in 2-3 weeks, highly recommend the show.
June 4th.... Have written up the recaps for episodes 7 and 8 of the '3-Nen A Gumi' show and will have those long with episode eight by June 6th. Up next for Korean dramas is up in the air but leaning towards a pair of shorter series which will be either "Splish Splash Love" or "The Universe's Star".

Marie Iitoyo: Just because I couldn't go another day without a post....
Can't recall in the past if June and July has been a slower period for activities, know that December usually is the slowest month of the year. June had just as many posts but in a way was saved by photobooks plus did sixteen drama recaps(!) so there weren't too many posts in this vein. Do have a couple more regular photobooks which I know all will really enjoy but want to wait a while before having them and try to have more posts like this one, hope that plan is somewhat successful. So that title is somewhat true as I've been dying to do a post for Marie this past month and 2022 isn't like her other years. This is her tenth regular post since December 1st and while that's such a high for anyone else it isn't for her as she had 71(!) posts in the last three years. So guess it won't be a hat trick for her being my #1 fave of the year but there's still five months to go so guess there is an outside chance.
But I'm more concerned about where Marie will end up on the second 'Top Twenty Faves of All Time' list, can't believe I'll be starting the countdown in a month. For so long it appeared she would be a shoo-in for being number one but over the last few months she's fallen to second place and is there time for her to regain that #1 position? Sadly I'm thinking the answer is NO and one thing that's hurt Marie this year is the amount of dramas she's been in. Know that sounds odd but by appearing in so many has meant a decrease in most other activities such as being at events, having mag spreads and modeling pics, there have been some of all but not nearly as many as prior years. She's been in four dramas already this year with another starting up this week!
Marie does have the lead role in her next drama that begin in two days, title of it is "Octo: Kanjou Sousakan Shinno Akari". It's her first police series and it really looks as though it'll be her best show of the year. So I'm looking forward to it though there many be a problem getting the subs. Someone will be doing the series but they'll be located on that person's Twitter page and two days ago they made it private. I don't have an account and never will have one so if it's possible would like to ask for some help on getting the subs from anyone that will be viewing it. I would really appreciate it and if you could drop a comment about helping will give you more details. But am hoping that I'll still be able to get them but not 100% confident on that.
Bit of a small post as there may not even be 35 new pics but wanted to get that above message out plus did say why there hasn't been as many Marie activities as of late. But she did set a personal record with uploading four photos to her Instagram page, many have that amount in two days. We're kind of similar as we both really aren't that active on social media.
No events for about three months so let's go back in time with this batch of pics. They're from December 5, 2018 and it was the first of two years in a row Marie was chosen to be the 'Foodex Gourmet Girl of the Year' which is basically an ambassador position. She's been the only woman to win that honor twice but hasn't done any more work for them the last two years. There's also a video of the event which you can view here: Foodex event
Have another Marie video but this one is brand new from Uniqlo. She had so many superb pics for their Spring collection but none since then, hard to believe how popular this video is as it has over 700,000 views to date: Uniqlo CM
In just about every post there's always going to be modeling pics for two sites but there doesn't seem to be as many as previous years, these are new from the More magazine site... that top pic, whew....
And this batch is from the August issue of More.
Oggi is the other site which there's usually many modeling pics in these posts, this set is from their August edition.
I prefer Marie'sOggi site pics over their spreads and will end off with her June pics. After them check out a short promo for her new drama that begins in two days, as mentioned may need help getting the subs but hope it doesn't come to that.
